Petunia’s Place is perfect for any beach vacation it is a spacious 1,400 square foot town home right off 30 A near Gulf Place. It’s just a short stroll to the white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico with gulf views from the balcony. There are 2 large bedrooms and two baths upstairs and a large living area, kitchen, half-bath and laundry room on the main level. The upstairs master suite has a king size bed, private bath with shower and separate Jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds.

There are two very large balconies, one upstairs off the master suite with lovely gulf views and a second balcony downstairs off the living area overlooking one of the two pools. A stairway from the living area takes you down to the ground level where private, covered parking is provided for two vehicles.

There are numerous outstanding restaurants to choose from, outlet shopping with over 200 stores, and a 22 mile bike/walking trail also just a walk waya form Gulf Place. There are two pools (one heated for Spring)on property.
