Welcome to our home in Baypine Cottages.  We are located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with an ideal location within the Sandestin Resort.  You can drive, bike or walk to the beach or enjoy an easy stroll to the pedestrian Village of Baytowne Wharf or the new Grand Boulevard Mall.  Both areas offer a plethora of unique retail stores and restaurants.  A large neighborhood pool is just a half a block away. Play areas for the children are close by at Jolee Island or the Village.

Our home has two master bedrooms with KING beds and private baths.  The upstairs master has a large deck with views of Jolee Island, the marshland and the marina; a great place for morning coffee and afternoon beverage or just bird watching.  The third bedroom has a QUEEN bed.  All bedrooms have TV’s and DVD or VCR players.  There is ample closet space throughout.

We have a fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the living room and a separate dining room.  The living room has a large screen HD TV with digital service and modem or wireless for your convenience.  The dining room and first floor master open onto a large screened in porch, our favorite place for diner complete with sunset.

As we neared the end of our working days we decided to visit many locations before deciding where to spend much of our hard earned retirement.  The first, last and only place we visited was Sandestin.  Now it is our home away from home.  We are happy to share this special place with you.
